Pekka Nebelung is a builder of international business, digital products and new markets. His background uniquely combines the discipline of classical music, commercial growth and hands-on product development.

At Jobilla Group, Pekka led international expansion and helped build operations in Germany, the Netherlands, the United States and Canada. He served as CEO of the German company and President of the US company, and worked with large international enterprises.

At Nebelung Collective, Pekka leads every engagement personally as venture and product lead. He owns the business logic, concept, prioritisation and commercialisation — assembling only the senior specialists the project needs.

His artistic background at the Sibelius Academy, in orchestras and as a choir conductor shows in the way he leads: the whole matters, every part has a purpose, and the outcome comes from shared rhythm.
